Added Unlock Code Calculation via IMEI for the following Alcatel MTK-based cellphones (4500 PID’s added).

PID list for the existing in MTK Calculator Alcatel models was updated

In test mode added Direct Unlock / Read Unlock Codes / Read User Code / Format FFS / Backup operations for next MTK models:
